The grandeur of the rugged western coastline of the Fleurieu Peninsula is quite exhilarating…but in the late afternoon mid-summer light, the colours of the folding hills become softer, with pastel pinks, purples and yellows, whilst the shadows of the cliffs become darker with deep purples, ultramarine blues, burnt umber and light browns….
…but always offering shelter for the mariners of the gulf.
